We don't make any real distinction between home/domestic users and small businesses but the type of problems and requirements are likely to differ. Typically, the type of support required is in areas such as:
- Broadband internet installation
- Virus and spy ware removal
- Advice on purchases (software and hardware)
- Local network installation (wired and wireless)
- Bug fixing (The system doesn't work but you don't know why)
